International flights to Bangkok and Phuket run regularly daily
from most major airports.
From Bangkok
BY AIR – Bangkok Airways
as follows:
Depart Koh Samui 8am
Arrive Koh Tao 10pm
Depart Koh Samui 12pm Arrive Koh Tao 2pm
BY BUS – Buses depart twice daily from the Khao San Road in
Bangkok to Chumpon. A
short catamaran trip to Koh Tao of approximately 1.5hours is
included in the ticket price.
Departure and Arrival times are as follows:
Depart Bangkok 6am
Arrive Koh Tao 2pm
Depart Bangkok 8pm
Arrive Koh Tao 10am next day

BY TRAIN – Trains depart daily from Hua Lumpong Station in Bangkok
to Chumpon. At Chumpon
